If you have a concern, you should raise it in the following order:
Step 1: Your Line Manager In most cases, the quickest and most effective way to address a concern is to speak directly to your line manager.
Step 2: A Senior Manager If you are uncomfortable speaking with your line manager, or if they are the subject of your concern, you should speak to a member of the senior management team.
Step 3: A Designated Officer If you are still not satisfied, or if the concern is particularly serious, you should contact our designated Whistleblowing Officer, who is a senior manager with the authority to investigate your concerns.
You can contact them at:

Outside UK call: +44 (0)1395 200757
We will do our best to protect your identity and will not disclose your name without your consent, unless legally required to do so. However, please be aware that in some cases, the nature of the investigation may make it obvious who raised the concern.
We have a strict no retaliation policy. We will not tolerate any form of detrimental treatment, including victimisation, dismissal, or harassment, against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. If you believe you are being subjected to retaliation, you should report it immediately.
We strongly encourage you to report your concerns internally first. However, we recognise that in some exceptional circumstances, you may feel it is necessary to report a concern to an outside body, such as a regulator. Before doing so, we recommend you seek legal advice.
